Return & Refund
Handling returns is an essential part of our customer service. CIEL is here to help! We have put together the following process to make this process easier.
Please make sure:
- The item you wish to replace is still in its original condition and not used
- You are still within 5 days of receiving the item
- In case of exchange, and subject to availability, please send an email to support@ciel-fashion.com with the new item you wish to have. After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a balance refund if the replacement item has a lower price or send you a payment link if the replacement item has a higher price. Please note that in the latter case, we will ship the item only when the payment is fulfilled.
- In case of return, and after inspection, please note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-20 additional business days to process the transaction. There might be return fees anywhere between 20 and 40 Emirati Dirhams.
