After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a balance refund if the replacement item has a lower price or send you a payment link if the replacement item has a higher price. Please note that in the latter case, we will ship the item only when the payment is fulfilled. There will be an exchange fee ranging from $5 to $20.

• Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If the duties and taxes are paid, the amount will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
• In case of exchange, shipping fees will apply.
