• The item you wish to replace is still in its original condition and not used.
• You are still within 2 days of receiving the item.
• In case of exchange, and subject to availability, please send an email to support@ciel-fashion.com or chat with us on Whatsapp and let us know about your exchange request. After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a balance refund if the replacement item has a lower price or send you a payment link if the replacement item has a higher price. Please note that in the latter case, we will ship the item only when the payment is fulfilled. There will be an exchange fee ranging from $5 to $20.
• Swimsuits cannot be exchanged.

• In case of exchange, and subject to availability, please send an email to support@ciel-fashion.com or chat with us on Whatsapp and let us know about your exchange request. International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The return cost will be deducted from total refund amount if any. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Ciel.
• Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If the duties and taxes are paid, the amount will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
