Orders from UAE, GCC, and Lebanon

Please make sure:

• The item you wish to replace is still in its original condition, not worn, folded, and in their original package including the code of the item.
• You are still within 2 days of receiving your order.
• In case of exchange, and subject to availability, please send an email to support@ciel-fashion.com or chat with us on Whatsapp to let us know about your exchange request. After inspecting the returned item, we will ship your replacement item. There will be an exchange fee of $5 per exchange.

Orders from USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Africa, and APAC

• The item you wish to replace is still in its original condition, not worn, folded, and in their original package including the code of the item.
• You are still within 2 days of receiving your order.
• In case of exchange, and subject to availability, please send an email to support@ciel-fashion.com or chat with us on Whatsapp and let us know about your exchange request. International orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The return cost will be deducted from total refund amount. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors made by Ciel.
• Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If the duties and taxes are paid, the amount will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
• There will be an exchange fee of $5 per exchange.
• Swimsuits cannot be exchanged or returned.
